Reciprocity Instructions
The provisions of the Endorsement Agreement apply to, and are limited to: Persons registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM), the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA), College and Association of Nurses of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (CANNN), Professional Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (PLAR) in Yukon, or the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS). A person registered or eligible for registration with one of the above regulatory bodies shall be granted registration if the applicant provides the appropriate documentation and meets the criteria that follows.

R-02 Confirmation of Registration Form
Contact info@rpnas.com for the R-02 Form.
Complete, sign and date section A of this form and then forward the form to your current or most recent regulatory body. The regulatory body will return the form directly to the RPNAS; to do otherwise would invalidate the form. Section B will be completed with seal and issued from the applicant’s current jurisdiction providing information on the following criteria:
- Proof of current practicing registration or eligibility for registration.
- Proof that the applicant’s registration is in good standing and/or that the name has never been removed for cause (to their knowledge) from ANY register of a regulatory body.
- Proof of practice as a REGISTERED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE for at least 1400 hours in a recognized jurisdiction during the immediately preceding five-year period.
R-03 Employment Reference Form

Complete, sign and date section A of this form and then forward the form to all employers you have been employed by for the past five (5) years. The employer(s) will return the form directly to the RPNAS; to do otherwise will invalidate the form.
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
This can be obtained from a local or municipal police service or from the RCMP. Please return to info@rpnas.com.
Submitted documents must be clear and legible. Poor quality photographs and scans will be returned and another copy requested.
